What is TRVL Photography?
TRVL° Photography is an adventure travel company for photographers. In short, our motto is: “Explore. Adventure. Capture”. The whole concept is to bring back the “travel” to travel photography workshops.
We’ve seen a sad trend lately of photography tours being these functional operations built around getting people photos of the same things that 1,000s of others have already taken. It’s like travel photography without a soul. It’s like photography without creativity.
Our goal is to share the wonders of the world, to bring cultures together, and to allow our participants to gain experiences, and be inspired by their experiences, rather than the photos of others.
At the moment, we’re operating tours to Bolivia, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, and Tajikistan. We plan to continue developing and releasing new trips going to other adventurous places such as Ethiopia, Venezuela, Madagascar, and more.
Who is Greg Snell
From working as a tour leader with G Adventures to winning Tourism Australia’s ‘Best Jobs in the World’ competition, Greg has spent the last two decades exploring 80+ countries, documenting life-changing experiences through inspiring storytelling and award-winning photography.
Graduating from the College of the Rockies in British Columbia with a diploma in Adventure Tourism Business Operations, Greg has worked extensively in the Travel & Tourism industry.
As a trained adventure tour leader he is an expert in organising and operating international travel photography workshops and tours. As a self taught content creator he is an expert in travel photography, video production, adobe-suite post processing, and drone operation as a fully certified EASA commercial drone pilot.

Who is Brendan van Son
I’m Brendan van Son, a travel photographer and YouTuber originally from Canada.
I’ve been living the nomadic life for 9 years and have visited over 100 countries – and have lived in many of them. My work as a travel photographer has been featured by major publications such as The Guardian, The BBC, The Toronto Star, Nat Geo Traveler, and many more.
