What is TRVL° Photography?

TRVL° Photography is an adventure travel company for photographers. In short, the motto is simple: “Explore. Adventure. Capture.”

At its core, TRVL° is built around travel photography. Every itinerary is thoughtfully designed with photography in mind, from the locations we visit to the experiences we create along the way. You will come away with strong images. That is for sure.

But TRVL° is about more than just the photos. It is about stepping into the unknown, discovering new places, and building a genuine connection with the world around you. The images are one part of the story. The other goal is to leave with unforgettable experiences, meaningful connections, and memories that go far beyond what you captured on camera.

TRVL° is not a traditional photography workshop, and that is intentional. While our leaders are experienced photographers who guide and support you throughout the journey, our trips are carefully designed to include both structured photography opportunities and intentional free time for exploration, creativity, and discovery. This balance of planned locations and set shoots alongside space for independent exploration allows travel photography to become a tool for both strong imagery and personal growth, rather than just a checklist of iconic shots.

TRVL° is designed for those who are naturally curious, who enjoy exploring, and who feel energized by stepping outside their comfort zones. If your goal is a highly structured, step by step photography workshop with tuition, there are great options out there, but that is not what we do.

More than anything, TRVL° is about connection. Connection to the places we visit, to the people who call them home, and to each other. We work closely with local photographers, tour operators and guides to create experiences that feel authentic and grounded in real culture. These relationships, and the shared moments that come from them, are what elevate the photography and make each journey unique.

We stay true to this vision. We do not reshape our approach to fit expectations that do not align with our values. Instead, we focus on creating travel photography experiences for those who connect with what TRVL° stands for: exploration, adventure, creativity, and a genuine desire to engage with the wider world.

If that sounds like you, you are in the right place.
