Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen days of purchasing merchandise without giving any reason.

You may use the referenced model withdrawal letter below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14 day withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, minus a 25% administrative fee, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you informed us of your withdrawal from this Agreement, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the Agreement.
